But for my money its the 2nd one (which I am including from my own collection) that started by bells ringing (even the girl moderator, Ms. Green, appeared to get their implication -- listen to her wording). And if I had not made an effort to preserve this video myself, I doubt this would ever see the light of day again. Could find it absolutely no where else online (and believe me I looked hard).

Cute Couple So Ripe For The Pinging
Or is it just me? Watched this a few days ago and I was in a happy haze for the rest of the day. I wait and watch for Mr. G on CBSN daily. Find him sooo informative with his cadence, bearing, intelligence...not to mention his big blue eyes. But I was given a gift the other day when I woke up and saw him and his show partner, Mr. C talking politics. And as I say is it just me or does it seem to anyone else that if they weren't on camera, they would literally have climbed into each others laps?? Could they be sitting closertogether?? They were in 2 shows that day ( both for CBS ) and clearly with an agenda of talking points. Below is a link to their official appearance for that day (and if you ain't into the politics put it on mute). Just watch them.

This does not bode well... not at all.
Someone once, early in the 2016 political campaigns, compared President Trump to a certain little Teutonic man with a weird moustache. Some people were outraged. Others went "Hmmmmmm...."
Well "judge ye not lest ye be judged"

DON'T GIVE THE HOMELESS YOUR CASH!! Shocking?? Read on...
DON'T GIVE THE HOMELESS YOUR CASH!!
"Oh how heartless!" some would say.
"That's cruel!! They need the money!" others would shout.
But, while first impressions might urge one to detract, I still stand by what I say. It would perhaps make better sense if I were to put it this way:

DEFENDING OUR DIGNITY (a division of PKHarrisPlace.com - Est. 1984) is one of several websites on which we sell products for the benefit of affiliated un(der)employed and unsheltered individuals. In fact, the reason you are reading this blog at all is likely because such a person gave you a business card with their name on it and asked you to come here. Here is how you can help them: Simply make a purchase from one of the sites listed on the front of the card. When you get to the purchase screen after placing your order in the comments/message section, type in the name written on the card. It's as simple as that. What has just happened by your doing this is that You, the purchaser, will be gaining a useful product that you have selected yourself (and not been "guilted" into buying) and They, the person who gave you the card, will have earned their cut of the profits, and Everyone has their dignity spared by knowing that a needy individual has earned an honest dollar without having to beg or grovel.
And please understand this: No one is getting rich here - we're all just trying to keep our heads above water.
There are tons of lovely and useful products available for you to purchase. Or, depending on your fancy, if you would like something special we can arrange to have something unique in design fashioned exclusively for you. However, we will truly understand if, after looking through our sites, you decide that there is nothing we can do for you at this time. If such is the case then we do beg of you to have a heart and give our card to someone you know who might be interested. All of our beneficiaries would be most grateful for your support. Let us know what you think or allow us to answer any questions you may have via this forum.
Wishing you the loveliest of days.

Reasonably considered, when you look around on any given day, about 85% of the homeless you will see certainly look as if they can barely navigate their way from one end of the block to the other without a road map. This is the sad but unfortunate picture that most have when you mention the words "homeless person".
But what a lot of people don't know is that, because of the severe economic downturn in this country, there is now an aggregate of individuals that the newspapers are calling The Working Homeless, with the majority in this class being women with school-aged children or middle aged single men who have migrated from other states only to find that jobs they were promised have fallen through.

Now, while it is quite true that too many of the individuals that are on the street have brought it on themselves (drug abuse, long histories of criminal behavior, or untreated mental illness), there are still a few who can somewhat proudly say that none of these are the reason they are in their current condition. These are persons who are "still in there trying" very hard everyday to maintain a decent standard of living, keeping themselves fit, mentally healthy and are still actively looking for work. These kind of people truly deserve your help. But at the same time, they do not desire your charity, at least not without first attempting to earn it first.
DEFENDING OUR DIGNITY is a company that has been set up as a way for you
to help those in that particular situation. We have tried to arrange it so that help can be offered without making anyone feel anymore uncomfortable than they do already. The hope is that one will be able to do what one can on an individual and anonymous
basis.

What is Defending Our Dignity??
DEFENDING OUR DIGNITY
The economic situation in this country is taking a
heavy toll on everyone. Many people are out looking for work. For every
job offered there are at least 10 applicants. It would be nice to report
that the few people who are getting the jobs these days are the most
qualified and most deserving. But, let's get real here: most of the
positions are being offered to good looking, able-bodied young people just starting out in life. Unfortunately, the reality is that most of the underemployed fall into one of 3 categories: 1) older men and women who are simply trying to get back into the workforce after being unceremoniously laid off from jobs they have held for years; 2) those who have lost employment because of a catastrophic loss like a fire or flood, a death in the family, or the sudden financial reversal of their employer; and sadly, 3) a large faction of the workforce routinely overlooked by most employers -- those with obvious partial disabilities or social dysfunctions that prevent them doing well on the job interview although they are perfectly qualified to do the job.*
DEFENDING OUR DIGNITY is a website that has been set up as a way for you to help those that want real assistance so that they can get on their feet again without causing everyone anymore unease than they already feel. We hope to do this on an individual and anonymous basis. Bringing together those who want help (not a handout). There are a lot of people who have reached a situation where they have been looking for work or have been underemployed for 18 months or more, and have exhausted almost all of their resources, and are just barely making the rent.
Wouldn't it be nice if they had some small way to bring in a little cash without having to resort to begging?
